Lacy shawls are great for spring, but when the temperature drops, you need something a bit heavier. Worked in DK weight yarn, this asymmetrical triangle shawl mixes simple stockinette and garter with a clever slipped stitch pattern. The result is a warm, colorful accessory that’s fun to knit and quick to finish. Try pairing a solid main color with a solid, variegated or gradient contrast color.
(Fair warning: there are lots of ends to weave in! But the final result is worth it!)
Measurements: Approx. 30”/76 cm at widest point x 48”/122 cm long
Gauge: 22 sts and 26 rows = 4”/10 cm in st st
Yarn: Magpie Fibers Swanky DK, 80% superwash merino wool, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon (250yd/115g): 1 skein each in Out of the Blue (MC) and FizzGig (CC).
Or approximately 250yd/230 m MC and 150yd/140 m CC DK weight yarn.

Notions: stitch markers, yarn needle; the use of blocking wires to achieve the final shape and dimensions is highly recommended
