Priority Support
This is a bespoke leadership development programme designed with you and for you.
It includes the online lessons and monthly group FAQs call of the Foundations plan, plus:
1) Monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with accredited Executive Coach Lisa Cresswell. Earn 1 CPD point per hour of coaching.
2) EQ 360 including your own personal EQ-i 2.0 report and workbook, in month 2 and repeated in month 12 to assess progress.
3) Priority e-mail support from Lisa between sessions.
4) Option to have a Half Day Clarity Session in Q2 or Q3 of your membership year. This is an in-person session in Co Cavan, Ireland.
5) A Trello board built for you and shared only by you and Lisa. This provides another level of ongoing support as you go through your programme.
Meet your Trainer
Lisa Cresswell is an accredited Executive Coach and Trainer who develops the kind of leaders people cannot wait to work for. She is on numerous coaching and mentoring panels in semi-state, private and cross-border bodies in Ireland and around the world. Her special interests are resilience, leadership, psychological safety and empowering employers to support employees experiencing domestic abuse. She is also a former nurse and midwife.
