Ages 13–16 | On Your Side Lunchbox Notes | Pastel Sports | 24-Page Printable PDF

A tiny note. A giant hug. 💙

As they grow more independent, a few thoughtful words can still say: I respect you. I enjoy your company. I’m here.

Created for ages 13–16, On Your Side combines pastel sports illustrations with warm, honest messages about friendships, exams, body confidence, relationships, privacy and asking for support.

There’s gentle humour too—because every note doesn’t need to be a life lesson.

What’s included:

• 24-page printable A4 PDF

• 100 unique everyday notes

• 30 unique bonus notes

• 60 blank cards for your own words

• Pastel sports illustrations featuring balls, sneakers, rackets and more
