when bought, you will receive an ffx file which can be applied to an adjustment layer if you have after effects 24 or more recent. if not, attached are screenshots of the settings that are used.

you will need the plugins bcc, sapphire, mbl and deep glow. if you are missing one, its not the end of the world, and you can replace it with a similar effect e.g. replace bcc sharpen with cc sharpen. however, you must have mbl.
