What it does for you

• Register for up to 300 substances or processes: hazards (GHS), route of exposure, controls, PPE, first aid, storage, spills and disposal
• Review dates worked out from the risk rating (your own months per rating) with an automatic status: OK, review due soon, review overdue, no SDS, no assessment
• Safety data sheet tracking: missing, undated or older than your own check interval, with a "ask the supplier" list
• Control & exposure checks log: LEV examinations, RPE checks and face-fit tests, air monitoring, health surveillance, PPE, storage and spill kits, each with a result, next-due date and follow-up action

How it works (3 steps)

1. Set up once: business, review months per risk rating, locations, assessors and your check types on Settings
2. Add each substance from its safety data sheet, and log each control check as it is done
3. Check the Due List weekly and print the Audit Pack or an assessment when someone asks

Good to know

• Cream (pale yellow) cells are for your input. White and grey cells are worked out for you, and the sheets are protected (no password) so formulas are not overwritten by mistake
• A Health check on the Start Here tab and a Check/Status column on every log flag missing or odd entries
• Based on HSE COSHH guidance (hse.gov.uk/coshh, checked 02/11/2026): LEV must be thoroughly examined and tested at least every 14 months (COSHH reg 9); the other intervals are examples you can change
• A safety data sheet has no legal expiry date: the age check uses your own interval (36 months in the example)
• Room for 300 substances and 1,000 checks. Dates show as DD/MM/YYYY
• FAQ: Does it write the assessment for me? No. It holds your findings and tells you when to review them
• FAQ: Can several people use it? Yes, in Google Sheets you can share it with your team
