For a long time, I didn’t understand why I reacted the way I did, why certain things felt heavier than they should, or why I couldn’t just “move on” from certain experiences.
Through my own journey, I started to realise that a lot of what we struggle with as adults is connected to parts of us that were never fully seen, understood, or supported growing up.
This session is a space where we gently explore those parts of you — not to blame the past, but to understand how it’s still showing up in your present.
My approach is simple, grounded, and focused on helping you make sense of what you’re feeling, so you can start responding to yourself differently.
