ROAR Club and Community Funding Toolkit with 25 Editable Templates and Financial Workbook
Short description
Approach sponsors with a clearer proposal and manage club funds with a practical system. Get the detailed handbook, designed cover, 25 editable Word templates, Excel financial workbook and quick-start guide for US$29.
Full product description
Your club has a programme to deliver and money to account for. The ROAR Club and Community Funding Toolkit helps you bring the funding request, sponsor promises and financial records together.
Written for volunteer treasurers, club committees and community programme leaders, the handbook guides you through planning a funding request, choosing suitable sponsors, preparing proposals, negotiating benefits, managing receipts and payments, protecting restricted funds and reporting on delivery.
Your US$29 download includes the handbook in PDF and editable Word formats, 25 separate Word templates, a nine-sheet Excel workbook, a worked financial example, a 90-day implementation plan and a buyer quick-start guide.
Includes sponsorship proposals, correspondence, an agreement draft, financial controls and reporting templates.
The workbook supports period cash summaries, budget comparisons, fund allocations, a 13-week cash forecast, sponsor tracking, delivery tracking and selected-account reconciliation. It starts blank and uses up to 500 transactions, 10 funds and 100 prospect and delivery rows. All amounts must use one currency. It is a cash control tool rather than a full accounting system.
Digital product only. No physical book or course videos are included. Word and spreadsheet software is needed to edit the files. Examples use South African rand, with selected South African guidance requiring local adaptation elsewhere. The templates are educational models; professional review may be needed before use. Sponsorship, income and compliance are not guaranteed. The single organisation licence permits internal adaptation and sharing completed documents, not resale or redistribution of blank files.
