A Tornado is Coming

lightning bolts come streaking through the sky

striking at anything within its eye

the sky is lit up as if it were mid noon

i feel there is a tornado coming soon

as torrents of rain came smashing down

and hail begins to hit the ground

smashing everything within its path

showing all if its great wrath

the wind is whistling through the trees

doing exactly as it may please

then i hear the sound of the howling train
