In this video we will explore the genetics of a copper age latvian woman. She lived 28 centuries before the common era, which corresponds to the copper age in Latvia, where she is from.

Her genome is very fascinating because she is one of the earliest people of the corded ware culture and corded ware genetic cluster, although an archaic one since she lacks the extra farmer admixture in later corded ware people.

Although she has very little farmer admixture, QP-admixture analysis reveals that she actually does have a little bit, or around 16 percent Neolithic farmer admixture. This is much lower than what is typical for later corded ware people.

I ran her genome through my Trait Predictor tool for DNA analysis. Here is her predicted phenotype.

She was predicted to have green eyes, black hair, light brown or olive skin, curly hair, and a greek nose shape.

Regarding her dopaminergic profile, she was a warrior, had intermediate D2 receptor availability, low odds of autism, high level of empathy, low odds of obesity, and blood type A.

She was quite healthy, only having a risk of male pattern baldness, multiple sclerosis, and testicular cancer. She carried rare risk variants for glaucoma and systemic sclerosis.

She was predicted to be of slightly below average height.

You can purchase her genome in 23andme format from the link in description, along with other AndreiDNA services which include QP-Admixture modeling, FST analysis, and custom ethnicity calculator based on FST analysis.
