Adulting is really hard work. Juggling the demands of family life, running a home, work, finances, relationships and trying to have a social life means we are on the go from the moment we open our eyes to the moment we go to bed. With stress high and seemingly never enough time in the day it’s easy to slip into habits with our eating that impact our health. Things like skipping breakfast, keeping caffeine levels topped up throughout the day, grabbing a quick sandwich to eat at your desk, picking on biscuits or chocolates to get you through the afternoon, having alcohol to help unwind and snacking in front of the TV in the evenings could all be making you feel worse.
With this kick start plan (starting on the 3rd March) you can boost your energy, shift weight and feel great in just 4 weeks. It is a simple to follow and easy to implement live program. Simply listen to the introduction video and download the workbook. Each day you'll receive an email giving you some great tips to help support you and they'll be available in a Facebook Group too for those that want to have the feeling of a community.
You’ll review current health, set goals and then create your weekly meal plan and shopping list using the recipes and ideas given. Feeling great has very little to do with how much you weigh…it is about giving your body the nutrients it needs to function well.
So, I’ve done all the hard work and planning for you. You just need to follow the process and rules and start seeing your energy rise and the fog lifting. You'll hopefully shift weight too. I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist with almost 10 years’ experience of helping people just like you and me. This tried and tested program uses the latest science behind healthy eating to bring you nutritionally easy to cook balanced meals that the whole family can eat….what’s not to love about that?!

No – the recipes are all pretty normal. You might need to buy in a few new things but they are all affordable and readily available
This course is for men and women who are looking to improve their health and are willing to commit to making some small to medium sized changes. You are likely to be generally well but might have a few health niggles, need more energy and perhaps have some weight to shift.
Anyone who is underweight, has an active or a history of eating disorders should not sign up to this course. Anyone who has a health condition that requires a specialised diet should not sign up to this course.
