Welcome to my latest Workbook - designed to give you peace of mind as you collate all the information you or those close to you would need in the event of crisis.

Including everything from medical records and insurance details to basic funeral arrangements, social media log-in details and more, this workbook exists primarily to make you feel safe and should be updated quarterly to make sure all pertinent details are up to date.

You will need to collate a lot of information so commit to filling it in over a few sessions and when it it done, make a copy and be sure to store one in an individual, clearly labelled binder, preferable stored in a fireproof case and another somewhere obvious so that should something happen to you, friends or family will come across it without turning the house upside down.
