She holds her clients accountable for the goals they set themselves, and supports them to overcome obstacles on their journey to success.
Working with Marie ensures athletes become the success story that they otherwise read about.
I can’t emphasise enough the difference that having Marie involved with our team has made collectively and individually to our players mindset. She has worked with each player at a granular level to ensure that they are focused on achieving their potential and hitting all of their targets irrespective of their role in the team.
After playing senior football for the past 16 years, Marie joining the team couldn’t have come at a better time for me personally. After relegation from senior status and the fact that age was creeping up, losing certain aspects of my game such as speed and agility made me doubt my importance and role in my team. Marie has helped me realise that there are many ways in which I can impact the team and get confidence back in my own game.
Having a GAA mindset coach has been really beneficial this year. Our mindset coach helps us to set individual goals that will ultimately help our team collectively. Mindset coaching has also been helpful in building individual confidence as you’re helped to realise the value that you add to the team. Overall and most importantly, a positive atmosphere is being created by the mindset coach which is making a real difference.
