A 75-minute 1:1 somatic tending session

and work with what’s actually happening in your body

in real time.

Using breath,

movement,

sound,

somatic awareness,

and nervous system support,

we gently create space for what’s been building inside you

to finally have somewhere to go.


Not to force a breakthrough.

Not to “fix” you.


But to help you reconnect with yourself

instead of continuing to carry it all alone.

What is this session?


This is a private, 1:1 somatic breathwork and nervous system session designed to help you come out of survival mode, release what your body has been holding, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supported way.

Each session is guided, body-based, and shaped around what your system needs that day.


Do I have to talk the whole time?

No. Some parts of the session involve gentle conversation, some involve guided breathing, and some involve quiet integration. You’re never forced to share anything. We move at your pace.


What if I get emotional?

That’s completely normal. The body often releases through emotion, sensation, or memory. You’ll be guided and supported the whole time, and you can slow down, pause, or stop at any point


What if nothing happens?

That’s okay too. There is no “right” experience. Some sessions are deep and emotional, some are subtle and grounding, some bring clarity or relief. Your nervous system will take what it needs.


Is this therapy?

No. This is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care.


This is a somatic, breath and body-based practice for self-regulation and self-exploration.


Many people experience this work as deeply therapeutic in a personal and self-discovery sense supporting emotional awareness, self-trust, and inner awakening but it is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical support.


Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Breathwork is not recommended for certain conditions (such as heart conditions, epilepsy/seizures, pregnancy, or severe psychiatric conditions involving psychosis). You’ll review and agree to an informed consent form before your session. If you’re unsure, please consult your healthcare provider first.


What do I need to prepare?

A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, somewhere comfortable to lie down or sit, and ideally headphones. You’ll receive simple preparation instructions after booking.


What if I need to stop or change what we’re doing?

You are always in control. You can slow down, pause, sit up, or stop at any time. This is a consent-based, nervous-system-led session.


Will the session be recorded?

Only if you explicitly ask for it. Otherwise, sessions are private and not recorded.


I’m nervous. Is that normal?

Very. Almost everyone is. You don’t need to know how to do this or what will happen. You just need to show up as you are.


How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re tired of living in tension, pushing through, or feeling disconnected from yourself, this work is likely a good fit. And if you’re unsure, you can always email me and ask.


Informed Consent + Session Agreement

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee
  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable

If something unexpected comes up (illness or emergency), please reach out. I understand that life happens and will do my best to work with you.

This session is a somatic, body-based experience that may include:

  • guided breathwork
  • somatic movement
  • somatic experiencing
  • nervous system awareness

  • intuitive guidance

This work is designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and moving through emotional patterns.

This is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Please consult a licensed provider if needed.


Risks & Responsibility

Somatic and breathwork practices can involve:

  • changes in breathing patterns
  • emotional release
  • physical sensations such as tingling, lightheadedness, or tension release

You are always in control of your experience.

You are encouraged to:

  • go at your own pace
  • pause at any time
  • return to natural breathing whenever needed

By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session.
