The exhale: feel & move
Hear yourself again, without overthinking, overholding, or quietly disappearing from yourself.
Hear yourself again, without overthinking, overholding, or quietly disappearing from yourself.
Reclaim your voice, soften your nervous system, and step into your bigness without abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.
The moment you know exactly
what you want to say… and suddenly go quiet.
The moment life asks more of you… and something in you pulls back.
The moment you promise yourself things will be different only to find yourself overthinking, over-functioning, taking care of everyone else, or quietly disappearing underneath it all.
You have insight.
You have self-awareness.
You are thoughtful, capable, caring.
And yet… something still feels stuck.
Not because you are broken. Not because you need more discipline, more healing, or another certification.
But because deeply capable women often become exceptionally good at carrying.
Holding. Helping. Containing. Managing.
Remaining emotionally fluent in everyone else while becoming harder and harder to hear themselves.
It settles into the body.
The jaw.
The chest.
The shoulders.
The breath.
The nervous system.
The overthinking.
The quiet pullback.
The Leadership Perspective:
Why this isn’t a mindset problem.
In my industry, you’re often told that if you’re pulling back, you just need "more confidence," "better strategies," or "louder marketing."
I look at it differently. Visibility is rarely just strategy. Overthinking is rarely just mindset. And self-abandonment is rarely a character flaw. What feels like procrastination, perfectionism, or people pleasing is actually a nervous system threshold.
It's an edge.
Sometimes, it’s even an initiation.
You don't need to force yourself to be louder; you need to make your body a safer place for your truth to land.
A Tour of The Exhale Experience:
This is not a session where you are expected to perform healing. You do not need to know how to breathe “correctly,” nor do you need prior somatic experience.
Here is how we will move through our 75 minutes together:
Step 1: Grounding & Orientation We begin by slowing down, listening, and orienting to what feels true right now.
Step 2: Tracking the Pullback Together, we gently notice what your body has been carrying underneath the overwhelm, shutdown, or hesitation. Depending on what is present, we may work with targeted breathwork to soften holding patterns or gentle movement to support stuck energy.
Step 3: Integration & Resettling We use grounding practices, vocal release, or quiet reflection to integrate the shift, helping your nervous system map this new baseline of safety.
Within 75 minutes, women often leave feeling:
I am Danisha Ware, Somatic Self-Return Guide and creator of Visible After.
I bring over a decade of body-based practice to this work.
As a former fertility massage therapist with my own private practice I spent years learning how the body holds what the mind cannot yet speak. How stress, grief, and suppressed truth live in tissue, breath, and sensation long before they surface as words.
That foundation shapes everything I do now. My formal training includes:
I don't teach this work from the other side of it.
I teach it from inside the practice of returning with a decade of body-based training, real clinical experience holding women in vulnerable states, and the hard-won personal knowledge of what it actually costs to keep leaving yourself behind.
When you breathe with me on Thursday evenings you are not in the hands of someone who read about this work.
You are in the hands of someone who has spent years learning how to hold it.
I'm starting to like me again.
Working with Danisha has been a game-changer for me. Her expertise in breath work helped me achieve peace and direction in my life. I was particularly impressed by her extensive and varied knowledge , which made the entire experience personalized and extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend Danisha to anyone looking to improve their life. Thank you, Danisha for setting me up for the next phase of my life!
“I was hesitant at first, but this session showed me how powerful this work really is.
Danisha created a space where I felt completely safe to be vulnerable and actually feel what was coming up.
I was able to move through a block and reconnect with my authentic self in a way I didn’t think was possible without plant medicine.
I left feeling calm, clear, and deeply secure, like something had truly shifted.
I trust her to help me move through anything now.”
This is the first time, I listened to myself that deeply.
Danisha is pure medicine. Her soft, calming presence makes your whole system exhale.
She holds space with such care and asks insightful questions that gently guide you back to the truth living in your body and deeper awareness.
In just one session with Danisha, I experienced a meaningful shift and was able to see old patterns that had been quietly holding me back. Her work weaves somatic awareness and breath-based practices in a way that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive.
Danisha has a beautiful way of walking you back to yourself to love, and to a deeper sense of connection. I highly recommend experiencing her work.
I feel blessed to have met Danisha!
Her approach to Breathwork and Somatic Coaching is incredibly refreshing and effective. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their results.
I had not experienced this type of work prior to meeting Danisha. Any sense of doubt I may have had was quickly eliminated being in Danisha’s calm and welcoming presence.
Danisha is truly one of a kind! Her beautiful soul shines through her and her work and her energy is magnetic. I am so grateful for the experiences she has opened my eyes and mind to and the benefits I’ve received from working with her.
Thanks to Danisha, I’ve noticed an increased awareness of self and have learned healthy ways to work through things as they appear. If you’re looking for an intuitive, empathetic, compassionate person to do this type of work with, I highly recommend Danisha.
