The Hermit Socks

Inspired by, and named for those times when life just gets too much and the need to withdraw from the world to gather strength becomes intense.

These comfortable socks reflect that essence of ‘The Hermit’ by the gently meditative simplicity of the design which creates the serenity needed to relax, unwind and de-stress.

They are worked in the round from the cuff down, and feature an easy textured pattern accented by matched ribbed cuffs and heels.

The pattern is provided with written instructions only.

Sizes:

Adult Small (Medium, Large, Extra Large)

To fit foot circumference: 17.5 (20, 23, 25.5) cm / 7 (8, 9, 10) in

Finished measurements:

Sock circumference: 16 (18, 20, 22.5) cm / 6.25 (7, 8, 9) in

Materials:

264 (316, 376, 452) m / 289 (345, 411, 495) yds of 4ply (fingering) yarn

1 set 2.25mm / US 1 dpns (or size required to obtain gauge)
