Semester Assignment Tracker & Weighted Grade Calculator

Every assignment, quiz and exam for the semester in one list, with a countdown to each deadline. Enter your scores and the weights from your syllabus to see your current grade in each course.

★ WHAT YOU GET

• 1 spreadsheet (.xlsx) with 4 tabs: Start here, Grades, Courses, Assignments (400 rows)

• Courses: up to 8 courses, each with up to 6 grade categories and weights (the total turns red if it isn't 100%)

• Assignments: course, category, due date, status, days left; due within 3 days in orange, overdue in red

• Grades: average per category and current weighted grade per course (graded work only), plus the number of items still to do

★ COMPATIBILITY

Made for Google Sheets (free Google account; upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets), Microsoft Excel 2010 or later, and LibreOffice Calc. Formulas were checked for Google Sheets and Excel compatibility (standard functions only, no macros, no add-ins) and tested in LibreOffice Calc. Unzip the download first (double-click on most computers). Best used on a computer or tablet. Enter dates as real dates (e.g. 3/15/2027 or 15/03/2027).

★ GOOD TO KNOW

• Your instructor's gradebook is the official grade. Rules like dropping the lowest score aren't included.

• 'Days left' uses today's date, so it updates every day.

★ Personal use only: for your own studies. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.

★ Digital download: nothing physical is shipped. You get one .zip file; unzip it to get the files.

★ 14-day promise: if a file is faulty or not as described, contact me within 14 days and I'll fix it or refund you.
