• Up to three (3) personalized email or text inquiries per month.

• Strategy calls and text/email support are both included each month.

This policy allows me to provide focused, meaningful support while respecting your time and mine.

Software Terms:

Service Bureau Fee: $49

Transmitter + Tech Fee: $41

Service Bank Product Fees: Determined by your service bank (TPG, REFUND ADVANTAGE)

I understand and acknowledge that TTTABS (Top Tier Tax & Biz Solutions) and VPT (VelocityProTax) do not provide clients or guarantee my success in obtaining or retaining clients and will not do the work for me. It is my sole responsibility to apply my efforts to growing my business.

I understand and acknowledge that I must pay for additional resources (including classes, individual mentorship, one-on-one calls, consultations, resources, tax assistance, client assistance, team assistance) offered by TTTABS/VPT, and that I am exclusively purchasing a software license.

I understand and acknowledge that if I cancel, am not in good standing, or have a software conflict, I am not entitled to a refund of any kind.

Good standing includes, but is not limited to, being current on monies owed, the performance of your firm, ethics, vendors, tech support, etc. If at any time you fall out of good standing with TTTABS or VPT, we may remove access to software, communities, and resources.

It is the intention of TTTABS and VPT to act in good faith and honor this agreement both in spirit and letter. TTABS/VPT would like to make the client aware that TSPro has reserved the right to amend their agreement in the event the current business structure is significantly impacted by new initiatives or regulations from the IRS or banking partners. In this unlikely event, TTTABS/VPT must also reserve the right to amend this agreement if the above circumstances occur.

All damages for losses are limited to the cost of the products and services purchased. In no event will TTTABS/VPT, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to, lost profits and loss of use arising in connection with the software or use thereof or inability to use by any party or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation, transmission, computer virus, or system failures.

**TO QUALIFY FOR NO YEARLY FEES YOUR VOLUME MUST HIT A MINIMUM OF 50 FUNDED BANK PRODUCTS BY APRIL 30TH ANNUALLY. IF MINIMUM VOLUME IS NOT MET THERE WILL BE $399 RENEWAL FEE.
