Canadian Net Worth & Debt Payoff Tracker
Know where you stand, and when you'll be debt-free.
What's inside
- Accounts: everything you own or owe, with Canadian types built in: TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, RESP, pension, non-registered, home, vehicle, credit cards, lines of credit, student, car and mortgage loans.
- Monthly balance snapshots: each account shows its latest balance automatically, plus a reminder when the last snapshot is more than 45 days old.
- Net worth today as one big number, plus a net-worth-over-time chart.
- Assets vs debts board and an assets-mix chart.
- Debt payoff plan: avalanche (highest rate first) and snowball (smallest balance first) views. For each debt you get monthly interest, months left, an estimated payoff month and approximate total interest, plus a warning if the payment doesn't cover the interest.
- Payments log: minimum, extra and lump-sum payments, with a paid-per-month chart and a paid-this-year total for each debt.
- A start-here guide and Canadian tips (RRSP balances are before tax; TFSA room isn't a balance), plus sample data.
Honest about the numbers
Payoff dates are estimates using standard amortization maths. They assume a fixed rate, the same monthly payment and no new borrowing. Example from the sample data: a CA$1,420 Visa at 20.99% paid at CA$90/month is paid off in about 19 months.
