Out of a Living Silence

This book is a collection of blog posts, which I prefer to call explorations, that were written in my spare time and published on one of my two sites, “New City of Friends” or “Out of a Living Silence.” The name “New City of Friends” reflected my affiliation with The Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) and with a Buddhist order that used to be called Friends of the Western Buddhist Order, now called Triratna Buddhist Order. The explorations included in this collection have been gathered into the following groups: Meditation, Buddhism, (Quaker) Faith and Practice, and Philosophy.
