Telling Time to the Hour & Half Hour Worksheets | Analog Clocks | Grades 1-2
Is half past still tripping up your class? Many first graders read 3:30 as 4:30 because the hour hand sits between two numbers. This 38-page print-and-go pack teaches the real clock, step by step: o'clock first, then half past, then mixed.

WHY IT WORKSEvery clock is drawn to scale: a short, thick hour hand and a long, thin minute hand, and at half past the hour hand sits exactly halfway between the numbers. Pages are roomy with big write-in boxes for little hands.
Grades 1-2. Matches the grade 1 standard: tell and write time in hours and half-hours using analog and digital clocks. Great for math centers, morning work, small groups, homework or sub days.
All clocks, stories and art are original. For single classroom use.
