Remembrance Day Coloring Pages Coloring Sheets Remembrance Day Art Activities
These Remembrance Day Coloring Sheets are a set of 10 original, hand-drawn poppy and Flanders Fields coloring pages inspired by the poem “In Flanders Fields” by Major John McCrae. Every illustration is an original Ms Artastic design, not made with clip art.
The pages feature poppies, crosses and larks, and give students a calm, reflective way to honor and remember. One page asks students to “Draw What Remembrance Day Means to You”. The set is suited to elementary and middle school students and works for both Remembrance Day (November 11) in Canada and Veterans Day in the U.S.

HOW TO USE IT
Print, photocopy and hand out the pages for a quiet activity students can do on their own or as part of a class reflection. They fit Remembrance Day or Veterans Day art lessons, quiet reflection centers, morning work, early finishers, sub plans and homeschool activities. The large poppy and lark designs can be used for wreaths, ceremonies, bulletin boards or hallway displays.
While they color, students reflect on the meaning of Remembrance Day and Veterans Day, explore symbols of peace, bravery and remembrance such as poppies and larks, and build fine motor skills and focus through detailed coloring.
