Hey y'all, I'm Mattie — your partner in redefining self care and recovery.

I started Mad Hatter Massage & Wellness in Fort Oglethorpe, GA in 2014, right after earning my state license, to help people who are tired of guessing at how to recover properly from their workouts. With a RockTape Kinesiotaping certification and 8 Ironman competitions under my belt, I build practical tools that make recovery and self care feel doable — not like more work.

This shop is where those tools live as instant-download PDFs: monthly wellness challenges, self-care bingo cards, and short ebooks on massage, yoga, and mantras. Start with the free 7 Day Self Care Challenge, and if you love the monthly challenges, the full-year bundle saves you $80 over buying them one at a time.

Thanks for being here — now go take care of yourself. 🎩
