Together, in this seven-week, self guided course, we're going to teach you the principles behind marketing (and how they apply to authors) so you can make wise decisions on where to put your time and energy when it comes to marketing your books or platform.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution to author marketing. Which is why we'll discuss various marketing tactics under each marketing process and teach you how to build a cohesive strategy using things that will truly move the needle for you toward your author goals.
Each lesson includes written notes, a video lecture, and meaningful homework designed to walk you through the process of building a personalized marketing strategy for your business. Individualized feedback to your homework, plus a live Q&A at the end of the course will insure you have all your questions answered and feel totally equipped as a marketing expert!
Personal Strategy with Personal Feedback
While this course is self-guided, meaning you get to choose when you log in to view the videos, read the lessons, and complete the homework -- for seven weeks, Tara is right there with you. I'll be responding to comments, reviewing your homework and emailing you my thoughts on what you've done. Plus, when you complete your 3-month marketing strategy as part of the final lesson, I'll review that as well!
You'll get access to my more than 5 years of publishing experience, my analytical and market-driven engineering brain, and my out-of-the-box thinking. I'm here to educate, equip, and encourage you for the length of the course. And that's what makes this course different from any other out there.
