What's included in the 1:1 coaching session?
This is a 1-hour session via Zoom will be tailored to your core needs. This session will be focused on YOU and exactly where you are at on the day and what you need to do to shift along the journey into soul. As you move through this journey, there will be new opportunities which we can also discuss....this is all about YOU!
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
What is your coaching style?
I am a transformational coach and have been coaching for 20+ years. I am a compassionate and understanding coach, however I will not beat around the bush as I want you to get the most out of your time and really learn to shift on this journey into soul. I am very passionate about this journey and want you to be operating from a place of unconditional love for SELF :)

As your coach, I am here to guide and provide you with the tools to shift out of despair and pain, into a state of peace. It's up to you to do the work on this journey, as there is no going back, you can loop for years or better yet you can shift forward and that's what I'm here to support you with. It's up to YOU to choose which path you want to take :)
