The course starts when you start with the first lesson. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. And you can come back to refresh your knowledge as required.

That depends on you, your process, and how you structure your workflow. The lessons are short and to the point. The 2 videos are an average of 12-minutes long, with an accompanying worksheet. I know the tendency can be to want to ignore worksheets, but I strongly recommend you complete the worksheet AND practice the tactic to get the most out of the course.
