It was drafted for a 26-inch under-bust measurement. The side seam height corresponds to a size 38 regular underwire thus it is a size 26H using sister sizing.

Tips:

You can add 1/2 an inch to the side seam to lengthen the waistband to suit a 27" underbust measurement.

You can pair this back band with any of my sports bra patterns like the Eternal

Sports bra or the Zip-front Standard Sports bra from my store.
