At Motion Assets, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

1. Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place because, once downloaded, we cannot verify whether the product will continue to be used.

2. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund request under the following conditions:

• The product was not as described in the product listing.
• There was a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as advertised, and the issue could not be resolved after you've contacted our support team.
