C3 Continuity Individual Assessment Kit
Twenty-one questions. Three spokes. Six numbers that show you the shape of your own working life.
The Individual Assessment is the personal instrument from the C³ Continuity framework. You answer twenty-one questions privately — seven each on Competence, Capacity and Culture. The workbook calculates your six means automatically, plus your Continuity Quotient and Readiness Quotient, and shows you your profile as a triangle and two arc gauges.
The mean tells you how things look. The spread tells you where things are breaking. The floor tells you where they will break first.
What you get
Four files. The workbook is the instrument. Start Here orients you. The Licence and Terms of Use sets out what you may and may not do with the download. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle any personal data we receive — which, for this product, is essentially just the email address you use at checkout.
What it is for
A personal check-in. A reflective exercise before a leadership review, a career decision, or a significant change. A way of seeing the C³ framework from the inside before deciding whether the full instrument fits your context.
What it is not
It is not a performance management tool. Scores belong to the person who entered them, not to anyone above them. It is not a substitute for professional advice. It is not designed to roll up to anything — the Individual Assessment shows you your own shape, nothing more. The full C³ Continuity Toolkit, available separately at c3continuity.com, is built for team, organisational and board use.
Requirements
Microsoft Excel 365 or Excel 2021 or later. Earlier versions of Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets will not produce reliable results.
Licence and Terms
1. Acceptance and term. By downloading the Individual Assessment workbook (the
'Workbook') you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the
organisation you represent. The licence runs from the date of download and continues until
either party terminates it. C³ Continuity Limited may terminate immediately on breach; you
may stop using the Workbook at any time.
2. Permitted use. The Workbook may be used (a) personally; or (b) internally within a
single organisation. Group companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities each require their
own download. Anyone using the Workbook on your behalf must follow these terms.
3. Restrictions. You shall not, and shall ensure that anyone using the Workbook on your
behalf does not: (a) sell, rent, lease, sub-licence, or supply the Workbook to any third party;
(b) use the Workbook in any commercial offering, consultancy, or advisory service provided
to a third party, whether for payment or otherwise; (c) use any individual's assessment score
in any performance management, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, promotion, or other
employment decision; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any C³ Continuity Limited attribution,
branding, or intellectual property notices; or (e) reproduce the assessment questions or the
Continuity Quotient formula in any external publication, website, or marketing material.
Consultants and advisers wishing to use the C³ Framework with client organisations require a
separate practitioner licence — contact admin@c3continuity.com.
4. Intellectual property. The C³ Continuity Model, the Continuity Quotient formula, the
Readiness Quotient formula, the assessment questions, and all associated materials remain
the exclusive intellectual property of C³ Continuity Limited. This licence does not transfer
ownership of any intellectual property rights.
5. No professional advice; no warranty. The Workbook is a reflective tool. It is not legal,
financial, medical, human resources, or governance advice. It is provided 'as is', without
warranty of any kind, express or implied. Take independent professional advice in connection
with any decision that needs it.
6. Data. C³ Continuity Limited does not receive, process, or store any responses you enter
into the Workbook. Your data stays in your file. Personal data we may receive at the website
or by email is covered by the C³ Continuity Privacy Policy.
7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C³ Continuity Limited's total
aggregate liability under or in connection with this licence shall not exceed £100. C³
Continuity Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including
loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. Nothing in this licence limits or excludes
liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by
negligence.
8. The full toolkit. The C³ Continuity Toolkit — comprising the full implementation pack and
the team and governance instruments — is available at c3continuity.com under separate
licence terms.
9. Governing law. This licence and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it
(including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction.
