Each form is set to print on one page, so you can PDF it and send it straight to the customer.

Refunds

If the Order Management Workbook is not right for you, email us within 13 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Because this is a digital download you cannot "return" it, so we do not ask you to. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use.

If the file is corrupted or will not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, with no time limit.

Refunds are paid back to the card or account used for the purchase and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Delivery

This is a digital product. There is nothing to ship.

The moment your payment succeeds you get an instant download link on screen, and the same link by email. The file is .xlsx (opens in Excel or Google Sheets).
