Yes! You can eat an exciting, nutrient packed, healthy, tasty and well-rounded diet through just plants alone.

In this course I will show you how easy it can be to start enjoying a healthy Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) diet and lifestyle, or to move in that direction, one meal at a time.


Cook, Eat, and Live for Vibrant Health is designed:

  • to be able to eat more and weigh less.
  • to feel full, satisfied, and energized by the food that you eat daily, one meal at a time, meal after meal.


Evidence has shown that those who eat at home feel healthier, have less chronic illness, and live longer. My goal for you is to feel comfortable in your kitchen, regardless of your experience, and to offer you recipes that help you build your skills while making delicious food that you look forward to serving, and meals that you will want to eat again and again.


The course is setup into five video modules:

  2. Breakfast
  3. Lunch
  4. Dinner
  5. Snacks


The whole food plant-based recipes that I lay out, meal by meal, will allow you to eat for good health and improve your dietary quality, which is much easier when YOU control what goes into your food.


In these modules you will learn cooking techniques, and enjoy 25 recipes (printable PDF files) to use again and again.
