As a dad of four, I can honestly say this guide made me stop and think.

Running a business means I'm always focused on solving problems and getting things done, and without even realising it, I'd started approaching parenting in the same way. If one child responded well to something, I'd expect the others to as well. Of course, they didn't.

What I liked about this guide is that it reminded me that my children aren't meant to be the same. Each of them has their own personality, strengths and way of seeing the world.
