Do you feel like EVERYTHING you eat makes you bloated? Even healthy foods like fruit, veg... literally EVERYTHING!! It is possible that you have a bacterial overgrowth. It is always best to "test, not guess", however I have created this food guide so that you can also pair this guide with my "Symptom Checklist" to see how you feel after eliminating some potential trigger foods. If you DO notice a difference (after eliminating the foods on the avoid list), it is possible you have a bacterial overgrowth and I recommend getting your bloods analysed (DM me or email me at sim@forgutsakeofficial.com). If you don't notice any changes, again it is SO important to get to your root causes so you can get back to feeling your best - sooner rather than later!!
