Barefoot bound and strangled

Wanda is captured by a sadistic, foot-crazed killer who is obsessed with her wrinkled bare soles. This killer sets up a video camera to photograph the soles of Wanda's bare feet while he strangles her repeatedly with a thin cord - stopping every few minutes to let her catch her breath - before ultimately strangling her to death.
