Cute holiday story

I really like getting to know characters who will reappear in successive books, and this fits the bill. Also, it's nice that there are many twists and turns in the mysteries here.
There are some annoying little discrepancies: Sorcha's daughter used to be Missy, now she is called Molly, Mouser was in at least one book a girl cat but seems now to be fixed in the role of a male. I personally like sone more consistency - but the stories in the series are still fun to read.
