Almost Easy is a psd coloring that will white wash people of color. It should work on some animated scenes as well, but may need to be tweaked depending on the show. This coloring focuses heavily on yellows, reds, magentas / pinks, blacks, and whites. Blues become magenta. Cyans become teal or white.
