Why I created this:

I am a professional boudoir photographer with over 10 years of experience. Getting proper rest is something I have been struggling with since before becoming a full-time entrepreneur in 2021. I used to work 18 hours a day in my career and for my business. After becoming a full-time entrepreneur I am still working 18 hours a day. These rest affirmations are not only a love letter to myself, but I wanted to share them with you. 

I want you to know rest is not a reward. 

Rest is not something you have to earn. 

Rest is your birthright because you exist.

also been a dream of our Ancestors.
