Oktoberfest is coming to Savannah, GA. It’s time to celebrate German heritage and culture with food, music, and pumpkin cider. But everyone’s favorite event is Savannah’s famous Wiener Race! Scarlett plans to participate, but there’s a problem—she’s never run a race before.
