• Textures are free and are used from : https://3dtextures.me/
• Each model is UV mapped efficiently and is able to use any texture easily
• The textures used are mainly placeholders, feel free to use whatever you like
• The preview pictures were rendered using bakery lightmapper with mesh emmission
• Attached is the full unity package inculding the light fbx's but i also added them seperate for people using these in blender or another application etc

• Assets may be used on Commercial / Private / Public Worlds.

• CANNOT be redistributed, leaked, traded or otherwise shared with others.
• CANNOT be used on Free / Nitro worlds or scenes.
• CANNOT be redistribution or sold unless featured on a complete world.
