Chibi Halloween Base

A chibi style base for halloween! There are 140+ layers total! Please read everything before using!

NOTE: The file is a PSD file! Please make sure your art program can open PSD files before downloading!

You may use my bases for anything! (Adopts, personal use, YCH/base fill commissions, custom commissions)

Editing my bases is fine! I normally use the dip pen (hard), felt tip pen (hard), and soft mapping pen (bleed) brushes in ibis paint!

If you cannot find a brush that matches the soft mapping pen (bleed) brush, tracing over my bases is fine, as long as you credit me! (Only IF you have already bought and downloaded the base!)

Refunds will not be provided for my PTU bases!

Do NOT redistribute my PTU bases, EVER! If someone wants to use them, send them a link for them to purchase the base for themselves!
