You file your own business paperwork. We sit beside you for every click.

In one 60-minute screen-share, you file your state formation and your IRS EIN yourself while we guide each screen. Then, in the same hour, we set up your domain, business email and password manager. Every account is in your name, under your login. You pay state fees straight to the state, and we don't mark anything up.

What happens in the hour

• State formation filing (about 30 min). You fill out your state's official filing site and pay the state directly. We show you each field and catch typos before you submit.
• IRS EIN (about 10 min). You apply on irs.gov. It's free. The IRS says "You never have to pay a fee for an EIN." If your state approval arrives after the call, we book a free 15-minute follow-up just for the EIN.
• Domain, business email, password manager (about 20 min). Set up by you, in your name, with two-factor sign-in turned on.

Before you book: decide your entity first. You need to know which entity you're forming (LLC, corporation and so on) before the call. Make that call with your CPA or attorney. If you haven't decided yet, talk to them first. We'll hold your booking or refund you in full.

What you pay, and to whom. The $199 session fee goes to us. Your state's formation fee goes to your state (in Georgia that's $110, per sos.ga.gov, checked 2026-10-29). The EIN is free. Your domain, email and password manager are billed by whichever providers you choose. We don't use affiliate links.

Refunds. Full refund if you cancel any time before your session starts. You can reschedule once for free with 24 hours' notice. Once the session has taken place, there's no refund unless we didn't show up.
