1999 A PSD COLORING BY ASH

I planned on uploading this coloring around Halloween, but never got around to it. This coloring is called 1999. It is people of color friendly. The psd will not look good on anime or animated scenes, so I would not recommend using it on those. This coloring focuses heavily on pinks, purples, and whites. Most shades of red look pastel pink or a darker pink. Magentas and blues become a pastel purple. Cyans, greens, and yellows become white.
