Which leagues? Written for NFL FLAG 5v5 leagues (official NFL FLAG rulebook, current edition) and any 5v5 flag league with no-run zones and a 7-yard rush line. It works for every age group. In 8U and younger regular-season play, NFL FLAG drops the no-run zones (they still apply in 8U tournaments), so every run play is open anywhere on the field.
