Why did I create this ebook?

When I first started out trying to upgrade my diet with raw foods I felt stuck for what to make that I could fit into my day.

What I needed was a few no-fuss, quick & simple recipes to help get me started. This ebook is the answer. Perfect if you want to enjoy eating naturally healthy raw whole foods, without going fully raw.

I can make these recipes at home while also preparing food for my family (who don’t eat raw like me). I created this ebook so that you can do the same, even if you’re crazy busy. 😀

Are all the recipes raw vegan?

All the recipes are plant-based, vegan & mostly raw. I’m not a raw purist so I do use ingredients like maple syrup, gluten-free rolled oats, tamari, mustard, nutritional yeast & cashew nuts plus a few others. The recipes also use fresh herbs & spices such as chilli, onion, garlic, lemongrass & ginger. 🧄🌶🧅

How long do the recipes take to make?

Most recipes take from 5-15 minutes to make excluding soaking & sprouting needed for some recipes eg. soaking nuts overnight to make dairy-free milks. It’s all very easy & do-able, so you can fit something raw vegan into each day.

I do include some sprouted foods like chickpeas & lentils in the recipes. You can find ready to eat sprouts in most supermarkets & health food stores in the fresh salads section. It’s very easy to grow your own. Alternatively, just replace them with cooked versions, if you prefer.
