This Hypermobility Workout Guide takes you through four weeks of exercise instruction and workouts for those with hypermobility.
When you purchase the Hypermobility Workout Program, you will receive:
- 4 Week Workout Calendar, including links to workout videos and instructions that you can follow along with at home.
- Workouts developed by Jessica Valant, a physical therapist and women's health expert, who has a passion for helping support those with hypermobility.
- This workout plans includes a combination of strength routines with dumbbells, Pilates workouts, mat based workouts and short mobility routines.
You will have access to this program longer than four weeks so you can go at your own pace.
Jessica's goal with this program is for you to discover movement and exercise that is considered generally safe for hypermobility, while also developing strength and hope as you realize you can continue to be active with hypermobility.
