Foundation Max
Foundation Max Blueprint is a clean, 5-page 12-week training program PDF by Coach Kyle.
It’s designed as an accessible “reclaim your strength” program that progresses through three stages:
Weeks 1–4: Foundation – Relearn perfect movement and build neuromuscular connection.
Weeks 5–8: Stability – Develop balance, unilateral control, and equalized strength.
Weeks 9–12: Hypertrophy – Drive muscle growth and metabolism.
Each stage includes:
Daily Activation warm-up.
Two alternating workout blocks (Strength / Tension or Growth) using minimal equipment (stability ball + dumbbells)
Progressive step targets.
A simple 7-day weekly roadmap with built-in recovery days.
