Over four guided sessions, we’ll gently explore:

- How your nervous system responds
- Your own patterns and triggers
This is a gentle, supportive space, not therapy, where you’ll learn, reflect, and build practical tools to feel more
calm and steady.
Your regulation workbook is included, so you can either work through it on your own, or be supported through it within the circle.
