Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days (revision time not included)

After Purchase: After purchasing, a design form will be emailed to collect information for the design (allow up to 48hrs to receive). Please have ALL information ready and accurate before purchasing. Design Forms must be completed within 48hrs of receiving it. Time Frame begins when ALL information is submitted.

Revisions: Includes 3 Free Revisions (Color, Font, or Placement change). After that, a fee of $15 is required per revision. Major changes (Concept/Layout) require a $35 Redesign Fee.

Refunds Policy: Due to the nature of the service, all services are non-refundable, unless we’re at fault. We reserve the right to cancel a service if a client isn’t communicating in a timely manner to complete the design. You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase.
