We learn the identity of the largest lakes and longest rivers in the world. We also enjoy presentations of the geography of the nation of Georgia and the Punjab of India and Pakistan. Also presented are descriptions of the mountains of the Sahara, the tsingy of Madagascar, the caverns in the Ozarks, the culture of the Dai people of China, Baguio and Camiguin in the Philippines, Ilocano culture, the Banaue rice terraces in the Philippines, and Voyageurs National Park in Minnesota.

We also learn the meaning of French place names that occur in Louisiana and in Minnesota.
