• Sam must survive the desert heat from the confines of a tiny cage in the middle of the camp to the delight of her captors (3 images)
• The militia drag Sam into the caves where she spends the night stringently bound to a bamboo frame (4 images)
• Sam endures Chinese Water Torture for many hours. She is tormented by her captors who strip her naked, insert a large dildo into her, and deprive her senses with a blindfold and headphones (17 images)
• Sam is driven into the desert and strung up from a wooden stake where she is eventually rescued (5 images)
