YMKora Shipping Rate Rules — WooCommerce Pilot

Restrict exact WooCommerce shipping rate IDs by the contents value of each shipping package. Pilot 0.1.0, US$9 one-time.

WORKFLOW: WooCommerce > Shipping rate rules. Up to 50 lines: exact rate ID | minimum | maximum. Example flat_rate:1 | 50 | 200. Inclusive limits; maximum 0 unbounded; blank disables. Invalid or duplicate rules reject the entire save and retain the previous rules. Uses package line_total after discounts, BEFORE tax, excluding shipping and fees. This is NOT the whole-cart total. Selected rates outside the range disappear; unmatched rates remain. Standard cart-package revision refreshes the core shipping cache when rules change.

LIMITS: Merchant/developer must supply actual instance rate IDs; no automatic discovery UI. No category conditions, zone creation, currency conversion, price changes or native free-shipping setting changes. Only the saved currency applies; a different currency bypasses rules. Invalid package totals hide matched rates. Listed local-pickup IDs are affected too. ALL rates may disappear and block checkout: keep a suitable alternative yourself and test each destination/package. Integrations bypassing core package/rate hooks unsupported. Blocks, third-party split packages and custom shipping integrations have not been tested.

TESTED LOCALLY: WordPress 7.1.3, WooCommerce 11.2.0, PHP 8.5.11, SQLite. 28 integration checks including native Woo shipping calculation/cache refresh; 14 HTTP auth/nonce/atomic-save checks; 7 package/syntax/bootstrap/official Plugin Check checks. Browser saved rules and Classic Checkout rate removal/restoration verified. Synthetic physical item value $8 was filtered independently of virtual cart items; its $5 shipping price stayed unchanged. No order or payment. These checks are not WordPress.org approval, independent security certification, load testing or universal compatibility. Back up and test staging first.
