Danse Norvégienne - Solo Arrangement

Danse Norvégienne is a piece by Edvard Grieg that became a standard song of the Django repertoire.

This arrangement is based on the gypsy jazz chords that are slightly different from the original harmonies.

Some passages are really challenging but this is in fact a very playable version.

Only the stretch in the second bar is very difficult. And like always, the special challenge is to play it with the rest stroke technique with a pick to add this Django flavor.

Still it sounds nice when picked with the fingers as well!
